How to try it – 4 week test
Do only ONE new thing at a time. That way you know what works.
Before Day 1:
- Ask someone you trust: “Smell my breath, 0 = nothing, 10 = strong.” Write it down.
- Take a tongue photo in the morning.
- Smell your floss. Note it.
Every morning:
- Brush and scrape your tongue first.
- Chew 1 ProvaDent tablet slow, 2 minutes. Let it coat your mouth.
- Do NOT eat or drink for 30 minutes. No coffee. No hot drinks.
- Do NOT use strong mouthwash 4 hours before or after. It kills the good germs.
Check again: Day 7, Day 14, Day 28. Same person, same 0–10 score.
When to STOP – very important
- Day 1–5: a little funny taste or gas is okay.
- Day 7 check: If breath is WORSE than before you started → stop now. That is not “it gets worse before better.” Your body says no.
- Week 4 check: If the trusted person says “no change” → stop. Try a different root cause. Do not keep buying.
